Happy hump day! I’m headed out to Milwaukee today for #LDW, I can’t wait to see my family! I’m excited to finally be sharing this look with you guys, I actually went to Wolffer Vineyards back in July with Allie and Dana, but wasn’t able to get it on the blog until today. I think it worked out for the best though, because this is such a perfect transitional outfit for early fall. I’m a huge fan of sweaters and sweatshirts with shorts, there’s something so cozy and effortless about it.

For those of you that are unfamiliar, Wolffer Vineyards is a vineyard located in the Hamptons. It makes all different types of wine, but is most famous for its Summer in A Bottle rosé. I’ve honestly never had a better bottle of rosé than Summer in A Bottle! The vineyard itself is adorable, you can purchase bottles of wine on site, and head out to their back lawn area for a picnic. They have a few tables and chairs, but many people bring their own blankets! There’s also a live band that plays, it’s seriously a blast! Be sure to go on a clear evening, because the sunset over the vineyard is incredible. I chose to wear this sweater from Two Bees Cashmere, and you honestly can’t get a softer cable knit! It paired really well with my cut off jean shorts, and is such a great look as we head into those “fall” months that are still actually hotter than heck (looking at you NYC in September).
